小白兔及各位大俠:I-485 is pending and got a job in China急急急!

小白兔及各位大俠:

My I-140 was approved and I-485 was concurrently filed last year and it is pending. I got a job in China and can I go back to China while my wife stay in US waiting for I-485? How can this work? Thanks for comments!
