昨天的貼子如下:
大學EB1B,今天得知補交OFFER LETTER, 請問小白兔,這封信僅由老板簽名即可嗎?還是必須加上係主任的簽名?或必須由學校人事部門的頭來簽?
今天問了一下,好象隻有老板願意寫這封信,係主任可能會簽上名,但學校人事部門不會出具.如果一定要學校人事部出具,哪該怎麽辦啊?
學校負責辦綠卡的人也不懂,隻知道把材料寄出去,什麽信都要我準備.請幫忙回答,不勝感激!

Now I have another question:

In this letter, my boss must show where the funding come from for my position? My salary is come from his research grant. Although it is a long-term and easy to renew funding, I still worry USCIS will think it is not a hard-funding because they do not know what this funding is. How to speak in this letter about where the funding come from for my position?

I really worry NSC will deny my I140 because of the offer letter that they think it is not what they want. Noboday in my University know how to write this letter for GC application, so please help.
