爛140批了也沒個用,還得等PQ.請問再遞一個EB1的140和485行不行?

EB2的140已拿到,PD是03/2005. 估計得等到台灣統一才能遞上去.能不能交個EB1的材料上去撞運氣?EB1是論文重要啊,還是推薦信重要?請大家給指點指點
