請問fingerprint做多久後case status會變

fingerprint做了快兩個月了, case status還是原來的"我們已經寄出做指紋通知..." 雲雲. 不知道這正不正常? 現在還可以打電話去問麽? 聽說現在的電話不查詢案子的處理細節了?
