緊急求助!!!!!我該怎麽辦?

我剛來美國不久
我在國內時申請的大學 拿到了I-20
當然是我沒有任何托福成績的情況下
現在我不想去那所學校..我在紐約找到了新的學校
學校可以幫我出新的I-20 可是以前學校的負責人 不幫我轉學
也不給我檔掉..我想知道我現在這樣的尷尬身份 危險嗎?
我該怎麽做?我原來申請的那所大學在加洲 而且是我在國內花了10W塊中介費 才申請到的 所以..我現在拿不到新學校的I-20 真的沒有辦法上學 所以 我現在該怎麽辦
