Urgent Help on I-140 Portability

Could anyone tell me under AC21, when I change job after I-140 has been approved and I-485 pending for more than 180 days, do I need to report to USCIS of the change of job in advance for them to decide on the issue of whether the new job is same as or similar to the old one?

In another word, do I have to prove to the USCIS upon my change of job of similarity issue under AC21, or do I just go ahead wait until USCIS brings this issue up?
