２００４９月NIW. 7月排期到，8月初遞交REF, 然後update 了幾次就沒有消息了。９月讓我重新打指紋（老公３月打的）,已經３周了還是沒信。昨天put a request, 今天收到email, the required investigation into your background remains open.

我真是糊塗了，８月給USCIS打電話時明明說我們倆的background check都clear. 這到底怎麽回事啊。高人給支一招吧
