請教小白兔及其他大俠，關於綠卡申請文件的裝訂

小弟準備自己申請(NIW)，經過幾個月的努力，現在材料終於準備就緒，卻又碰到了一個新的難題：到處都找不到要求的top two -hole binder和 tabs ("The tabs should be placed on the bottom and not the side for ease in filing"). 請問哪裏可以找到？非常感謝你的幫助！
