Can you change it to fast track - 'Premium Processing' now?

You made me worried, since my H-1B will be expired at the end of this year. My attorney may file my renewal in mid-October. According to the online processing time (CSC), they finished processing the cases before July 20, 2006. So I think I may get the renewal right before my expiration date. But based on your experience, it seems that we can't believe the online processing time completely. I regret I didn't ask my attorney to file it early. My drive licence will be expired at the end of this year, too.

Can you change it to fast track - 'Premium Processing' now?
