I got my favorable recommendation on Sep 6, 2006. Received the notice of action on Sep 21. Still waiting for the final waiver. I am crossing my fingers every day. Most people who got waiver through "no objection" told me that it takes about 2-4 weeks.

Hope this is true for us as well.
