I am sorry to hear your story, here just want to encourage you to appeal. My case was denied after long time struggling. Then appealed on the last day, I heard only 10% chance to win. One month after the case was transferred to AAO, 8 months after it was sustained and back to CSC. Two months after I got I-140 approval notice, and the same day my I-485 reopened. 3 weeks after I got RFE asking medical examination. I got 485 approval notice yesterday. A lot of pain I had experienced to go through. I am happy, finally I got it. Hoping you feel better after reading my story.
