xiaomaju - please help on your previous post

Hi Xiaomaju, I read your previous post as below. I'm in the exact same spot - could you please expalin a bit more on the process? Did you go back to China or third country for getting your H1B? Did you tell your employer you're i485 pending?

Thanks for any inputs! I'm trying to dig in the info because some potential employers are concerned about my visa status and I need to assure them...

I did F1 -> H1B with 485 EAD at hand.
some people even claim they can get OPT with 485 pending, but this is not 100% safe though.
