釣魚&綠卡

公司正在準備幫我申請綠卡，今天卻發生一件不幸的事。下午去釣魚，因為拿了５條不到尺寸的魚，收到了罰款單，上麵說如不服可上法庭。我剛來這個州不久。以前我在的州對此種魚無任何尺寸要求。上法庭有用嗎？請問此事會對綠卡申請產生影響？我們的背景調查會有問題嗎？謝謝大家的意見。祝大家中秋快樂。
