原J2,現H1-B,在申請綠卡,轉身份時有無問題?

小白兔好！

有問題請教大家:
1. 我原先身份是J2在美國工作, 配偶(J1)和我(J2)後直接移民加拿大, 沒還J1和J2的I94.沒有回中國兩年服務記錄.
2. 我們現為加國公民,我H1-B在美國工作,並在申請美國綠卡.
3. 配偶NT在美國工作,無法申請H1-B,無法申請美國綠卡,
4. 我們的中國護照不再有效,無法辦豁免.

請問: 我在申請美國綠卡轉身份時(I485)是否有問題?
有人說J2沒有問題,是嗎?
