請問，I-140approved, 485 pending, H1B六年快到期， 有必要延期嗎？

聽有些人說直接用工卡就可以了， 因為HIB已經六年了， 如果被公司解雇， 也不可以繼續留在美國工作了， 是嗎？ 謝謝！
