****** It is a very general RFE notice, challenging you with the 3rd prong of NIW. Actually it is the difficult part to answer for NIW RFE since the evidence they requested is not objective but subjective. That means it really depends on how they understand/opinionate your new evidence.

Such evidence might consist of, but not necessarily limited to, copies
of articles or excerpts from trade publications, journals, magazines,
or other news media, in which the petitioner's research achievements
are discussed, commented on, or otherwise specially mentioned; or
evidence of official recognition conferred or bestowed on the
petitioner by goverment bodies, professional organizations, or other
such entities.

**** Here they just gave you a clue what potential evidence you can collect. Since I have no specific information about your cases, my general suggestions are 1) collect more independent recom letters 2) collect more new evidence as I suggested in your last email, 3) compose a RFE response letter with all your evidence (new and old). the RFE response letter with only your new evidence to USCIS just one wekk or 10 days before the deadline.
