LUD after I-485 RFE

I just send my 485 RFE response to NSC on 10/4/2006, and get LUD today as follows:

On October 5, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates.

Questions:

1. Is this message just a routine response?
2. Does this mean NC has been cleared?
3. Does anyone have the same experimence and get approved soon? Usually how long do you think if it happens?

My case: NIW, NSC
PD 3/03/2004, 140 AD 8/10/2004, 485 ted 8/26/2004, 3 FPs, 485 RFE 9/14/2006
