EB-1b Special Handling，議員的新消息, 小白兔等大俠指點一下好麽？

我的I-140是公司辦的，去年五月和I-485一起遞上去，至今全沒有消息，請律師催了幾次。最後律師告訴我INS來信了，內容有

Upon receipt of your letter requesting expeditious handlin, this matter was reviewied and a determination was made that it met the criterial fro special handling.
The petition/application will be reviewed and you should be receiving notification from this office very shortly.

有那位有相同經曆的嗎？哪位高人指點一下好不好？

有聽說Professor職位的可以申請Special Handling, 從來沒有聽說過EB-1B也可以Special Handling. 有人可以指點以一下麽？

INS所說的very shortly要多長時間？有人有經驗麽？

今天又接到議員的信，說
'INS indicated your case have been referred to a adjudicating officer on 9/26'

這兩個消息一致麽，能不能提示一下，多謝了。
