回複：請教幾個結婚綠卡問題

1,如果結婚超過兩年，在沒有拿到綠卡的情況下對方去世，還是可以拿到綠卡的。
2，已經拿到有條件綠卡後，就沒有資格再延續H1B
3，在條件綠卡延期被拒絕的情況下，可以上訴，也可以回國重新簽H1B
結婚兩年後才批準的綠卡是十年的正式綠卡
