I485 was ted in Dec 2002 together with my wife. She got approved at last this May (She is the primary applicant, NIW). But my background check is still not finished. Now I want to apply EAD and AP. We have moved from Indiana to New Jersey , and our case is still in Lincoln, NE,

Question 1:
should I file my application to this address?:

Question 2.
In I765 form, 11. Have you ever before applied for employment authorization from USICS?
I have EADS for J2 and also OPT, should say yes?

Question 3. Most frustrated one
How can speed my background check?
