Two I140 issue

I have a pending EB2 I140 with my current employer. But the priority date is this year. My RIR with my former employer is certified today. The priority date is last year. I would like to file another I140 in order to use the earier priority date. However I have several questions.

1. Should I include the employment history after my former employer?
2. Since I don't work for my former employer right now, I don't have W2 and Paycheck from my former employer. Can I the paycheck stub from my current employer? My current salary is higher than the required wage in RIR application.
3. On I140 form, there is a question asking that Has any immigrant visa petition ever been filed by or on behalf of this person? Do I need to answer Yes? Because I have a pending I140 now.
