XiaoBaiTu, Please Help

心急如焚，幫著看一下
老婆2004年被總公司調整到另外一個分公司，當時不知道要從新申請H-1B. 結果用老公
司的H-1B在新公司工作近6個月才從新申請H-1B。 現在的問題是算Receipt Date, Out
of Status less than 180 days, 算approve/start Date, Out of status more than
180 days. 不知道應該如何算，也不知道該如何辦。
工作六年，總算有機會申請485，又要對付這個。難呐。
各位有何高見
