Hlep! after 6 years H1B extension

Can anyone help me with my situation?
Any advice will be appreciated!

The Labor Certification was filed 2 years ago and got cleared
The I-140 is also cleared 4 months ago.
Already in the 7th year of H1 Extension
The question is can I file for 3 year extension of H1 or it will be 1 year incremental extension. as just waiting for priority date to
be current.
