請問: 有誰知道我的身份是H1?還是H4?

H1已經申請到, 本該10/01生效. 但公司是個Consulting Company, 到現在也沒有給我找到活幹. 什麽手續也沒辦, 我現在還在家呆著. 有誰知道我現在的身份是什麽嗎?我原來是H4.
