1,I think TSC tranferred your case to wrong CIS office,try to write to NSC,ask them to tranfer back to
your local CIS office( usually should be in your city or state )

3,Didn't you attach a copy of I-140 approval notice with your I-485?
4,I don't have idea,but I think NSC may get same information from FBI
