請教各位高手,這樣的推薦信能不能用?我的以前的

posdoctroal老板,在推薦信裏說,"Dr.zhang ranks among the top 10% of young scientists whom I have trained during my career.'我看到的推薦信樣本,都是說被推薦人rank among1% 或2%..請問10%能不能說明問題呀?我能用這封信嗎?多謝回複?
