EB1B + EB2 cost $10,000, reasonable?

Why so expensive?

What are the differences between the content of the EB-1B I-140 and that of the EB-2 I-140?
What are the differences between the content of the EB-1B I-485 and that of the EB-2 I-485?

Can you use the same I-140 for EB1 and EB2, and the same I-485 for EB1 and EB2?
