Thank you again. I choose to do MTR with $385 and some evidence and explanations. I think this will be better than appeal. But please confirm me the following questions:

1. USICS only asked me to do appeal, if I do MTR with check, after the 30 days, will my I-485 be pending and USCIS regard that I am doing the similiar thing like appeal?
2. You said there is no form to fill for MTR. I do not need to fill the I-290B form, just need to write a letter about my explanations with the attachment of the denial letter. Right? Where does USCIS website provide the MTR information?
