EB1B's 140 & I485 diff EB2B's I140 &I485?

What are the differences between the content of the EB-1B I-140 and that of the EB-2 I-140?
What are the differences between the content of the EB-1B I-485 and that of the EB-2 I-485?

My lawyer wants to treat EB-2 and EB-1B as two completely separate cases (that is charge for more money). I am wondering what are the reasons.
