I am H4 too, but our lawer told me I can't apply for AP nor EAD before I140 approved. Now, I learned form your wife's case, that he was wrong. Did your wife apply for AP and EAD after your got your I-485 reciept? or you send them with I-485 application the same time? How long did it take for your wife's AP and EAd approved? Thank you very much if you can answer those questions!
