You have to inform this inforamtion to Buffalo, I knew this situation from a friend. If you can land in before the baby is born, that should be fine,you don't need to do anything. if your baby is born before your landing, you actually have to submit the addition materials such as financial support for your child. Once you inform the Canada Consulant, they will tell you what needs to do.
