Xiao Baitu, Mytwocents. What does this mean?

I called CIS this afternoon and it seems my finger print review has been completed and the review process has been resumed. They will let us know when decision is made. Do you know what this means? The online information is kept unchange ever since last Apr. Would you please advise? Thanks,
