在申請綠卡，回國旅遊，簽H1B還可以嗎？

My case is a little complicated. After i got the labor cert this year, I didn't proceed to the next step, because I am getting married to an American citizen. I will just get green card that way. We are going home for honeymoon and I am still planning to get work visa to come back. My question is that on D156 form, if i put on i have applied for immigrant visa before, will that be a problem for me to get the visa?Thanks in advance, any advice will be very apprieciated.
