If you will be moving from one laboratory, such a move constitutes a significant change in your employment in Nonimmigrant Worker (H-1B) status and requires that a petition to amend that status be ted to
the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) before the move can take place. If, however, your extended employment will be with the same department and requires the same responsibilities as those initially ted to the USCIS, then no amendment would be required.
Is this information correct? Thanks for comment!
