It's normal,the law require an immigration officer can't approve

a green card,until the security check clear,he can't do
anything before getting response from FBI.
I don't think that he doubt your marriage , he belived
they will get answer within 180 days,just so.
Your friend more lucy, her/his security check had finished when she/he took the interview.That's difference between you & her/him.
