請教小白兔 and other friends

I am a full-time employee in a medical school, for which I hold H1-B visa. Meantime I am a consultant at another medical school to teach online. My question is if I need any authorization for teaching online (I don't go to the meical school physically, only sending lectures online). I am preparing my GC documents and not sure for this.(I hold Canandian passport). Can anyone offer any information? How to apply for this authorization? Thanks.
