a quick question for xiaobaitu,mytwocents,howdy and other expert

I post the message about our 485 cases approval this morning. Exactly as mytwocents predicted, I got another LUD this afternoon.

Mine is pretty normal. The message said that my card was completed and mailed to me. However, my hu*****and's LUD is different. Here is his.

'This case has been approved. On September 27, 2006, an approval notice was mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours.'

Does this 'Approval notice' mean the card? Please let me know. Thanks a lot.
