If primary applicant has chose consular processing on

I-140 form,doesn't need to do anything.If he filed I-485, he may file an I-824 form,require to transfer the
case to US consulate in Canada.If the primary applicant
wants to stay in USA to wait I-485,but hope his dependents to get immigrant visa in Canada,he has to wait his I-485 getting approval,then file I-824.
