TSC NIW140 RFE. Please help me, xiaobaidu and other大俠

等了六個月，收到補材料信，如下：
1) Please provide an evaluation of the petitioner's foreign academic credentials that shows this degree is equivalent to a degree obtained at an accredited institution of higher learning in the United States.

2)Please provide evidence showing that the petitioner's work has made a significant contribution to the world of scientific research outside the immediate circle of professors, collaborators, and colleagues.

3) Please additional evidence to clearly establish exceptional ability.

4)Please explain how the petitioner would serve the national interest to a substantially greater degree than other individuals in the field?

第一條，我律師忘了給我學位公正。這次補上去。
第二條，我請的7個推薦人有六個是認識的，一個算獨立推薦人，但也是local另一個大學的。這次是不是全部找獨立推薦人？多少個合適？
第三條，已經了發過的文章，得過的獎，真不知道還有什麽additional evidence.
第四條，該怎麽說自己比別人好？

我上次 140後，拿了美國的博士學位，又發了幾篇文章，開了幾次會，申了一篇文章，這些能不能算additional evidence?

請有經驗的朋友幫幫忙，分析分析我這個RFE, 我的律師我是指望不上了。心急如焚，隻剩11周了，到哪裏找幾個不認識的人做推薦? sigh.
