請問xiaobaitu, is my h1 more risky? Thanks! here is my situation

F1->H1->H4->H1->H4->H1->H1(7 yrs extension).
No gap.

Now I'm in H1 status and plan to go back to China to get my H1 visa stamped. Is my H1 visa more likely to be denied in Beijing because I have changed visa status so many times?

Another question: If H1 visa is denied in Beijing, can I use AP to get back to US?

I cannot file 485 and don't have AP yet.
