Thanks a million, my twocents. My situation is : I have a job offer ready but want to waite for better offer within a very limited time.If I do not get the latter(the better one) I can go to the previous job immedately.So in this case,an two week gap of outof job has any bad effect on I485? Does this mean out of legal status?I have EAD for job.
