with the same SEVIS DS2019 or SEVIS I-20 you applied AT or OPT for. For now, AT/OPT does not need a current offer to get approval. If your going to school after AT approval requires you to change another SEVIS DS2019 or change I-20, your AT/OPT is also canceled after new document entered SEVIS (to replace your old SEVIS record).
