I-485 RFE 沒見回郵信封， 信裏卻說要用。 一定要用嗎？

昨天收到NSC acting director F. Gerard Heinauer 發出的RFE,要現雇主的工作信及其它有關材料, 如最近的論文,獎勵,研究課題等(NIW). 同時最後一段話:"Please note that at this time, all required security clearances have not been obtained. after you respond to this notice, your application will need to remain pending until those required clearances are obtained". Weired!

BTW, my I-485 has been pending with NSC 2 years 1 months with 3 FPs. (I -140 was approved in august 2004.) I wrote a letter to the Acting Director about month ago. I guess this may be the reason I got this letter.

現有一小問題:
信中說: Please use the enclosed envelope to mail additional evidence request back to this office. 但隨信並沒有回郵信封. 請問各位大俠,一定要用他們的信封嗎? 需聯係索要嗎? 本人孤陋寡聞,哪位知道這信封是什麽樣子? 先謝了。
