昨天也收到NSC acting director F. Gerard Heinauer 發出的RFE,要現雇主的工作信及其它有關材料, 如最近的論文,獎勵,研究課題等(NIW). 同時最後一段話:"Please note that at this time, all required security clearances have not been obtained. after you respond to this notice, your application will need to remain pending until those required clearances are obtained". Weired! BTW, my I-485 has been pending with NSC 2 years 1 months with 3 FPs. I wrote a letter to the Acting Director about month ago. I guess this may be the reason I got this letter.
