回答: 建議繼續公司綠卡，在NJ,婚後拿條件綠卡要一年，白卡換綠卡又由要近三年，算算吧於 2004-02-04 10:30:00

Because marriage GC file I-130+I485,
So you can continue 公司綠卡 for LC and I-140, but you can't file another I-485. You can file 公司綠卡 I-485 only after your marriage I-485 got withdrawn/switched/denied.
