請教各位高手，citation 很少，還要不要在推薦信或cover letter 裏提

總共有20個左右，大部分是中文文章的，引用的也都是中文文章，一部分是同實驗室引的．英文的隻有４個．不知道在推薦信或cover letter 裏是提到好，還是不提的好？聽說citation 很重要．很是鬱悶．
