請問高人們:485pending,FP被要求打3次的正常嗎?

我是不是太倒黴了?
1st FP 2004 (code1)
2nd FP 4/2005 (code3)
現在又收到第三次FP通知是在十月.

我的情況:
EB3, PD 8/2001

是否說明我還在NC? 485P在10/2003就pending了,什麽時候是個盡頭.有沒有可能也是個GOOD SIGN?有人也是做了三次以上的FP?請大家給些指點.先謝謝了.
