請問小白兔拿到綠卡需要通知公司人事麽？

我老婆工作簽證，綠卡是以我為主申請人得到的。老婆打算
一兩個月內換工作。她擔心告訴她們公司的人事得到綠卡後
，到麵試的時候在公司請病假或者請休假會被公司發現。
