回複：父母B2延期急問...

It is better providing all the documents that you provided when they applied for their B2 visas. PLUS a letter from you about the reason for your parents' extension and the following (certified true copy - can be done at your bank):

(1) a copy of their passport
(2) a copy of their I-94

You can fill only 1 form (for one applicant - the other one will apply with that person together, it is very clear in the form). This will ALSO save $.
