U could file I134. it won't hurt. but 134 is not necessary.

Assuming: LD is ur hu*****and. / u have an approved 140, ur 485 is based on ur own 140.

You don't need I-134 unless ur hu*****and is filing 485 at the same time and u have dependent children, and ur hu*****and did not work. Filing I-134 is just to prove to USCIS that u will be respon*****ile for ur hu*****and's wellbeing.

From my experience, the only time a I-134 was asked was during an interview in VA where the couple has a dependent child.
